Meet the Tchoume family from the Ivory Coast, who we represented in a personal injury case against a major local water park.
Due to the negligence of a large water park, our young client was injured while riding on one of the park’s largest water slides. The water park denied responsibility, but a jury determined that inadequate maintenance and waxing of the slide as well as inadequate rider instructions caused our client’s injury.
We are pleased to announce a Harris County jury verdict of $825,000 for the Tchoume family. The family was very happy to have their day in court and grateful for the jury’s verdict. Our trial team consisted of attorneys Cesar Tavares, Alma Tavares, Michael Samaniego and litigation paralegal Genae Leal.
