Crosby, TX (November 9, 2021) – A serious pedestrian crash left an 11-year-old in critical condition on Monday evening in Crosby. The incident took place just after 6:00 p.m., according to information provided by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Initial reports concerning the wreck state that police responded to the 17500 block of FM 2100 near Church Street to find a young child suffering from severe injuries after being struck by a car. Emergency responders airlifted the victim to a nearby medical center for treatment shortly after arriving at the scene.
The driver who struck the child remained on-site and cooperated with authorities. The events leading up to the collision are currently under local law enforcement investigation.
