Harris County, TX (December 15, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident took place on a roadway in Harris County on December 13 that caused a 12-year-old boy to become trapped inside a vehicle. The crash occurred for currently undisclosed reasons.
A report from the Cy-Fair Fire Department concerning the accident stated that it occurred on US-290 near Mason Road in Cypress at approximately 9:40 a.m. Investigators stated that the 12-year-old boy required extrication from the vehicle by fire crews.
The boy was stated to have been in critical condition after the crash occurred and was swiftly transported to an area hospital for treatment. Three individuals including the 12-year-old were taken to a hospital immediately following the accident. None of the injured victims have been identified at the present time.
The crash is currently being investigated by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office at this time. No further information has been reported to the public.
