Houston, TX (September 11, 2021) – A major vehicle crash involving a Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable caused injuries to four people on the evening of Friday, September 10. Among the injured was a 12-year-old who was ejected from a vehicle. 

The incident was reported in northwest Houston in the 13000 block of Veterans Memorial near Bammel North Houston Road. Reports concerning the crash indicate that the deputy was headed south responding to a call concerning an officer who needed assistance. 

 The cruiser had sirens and lights activated when a vehicle pulled out in front of it. The cruiser collided with the vehicle. The impact then involved three other vehicles, according to reports. 

Three people inside the other vehicle were transported to area hospitals including the 12-year-old who was ejected from the car. The deputy constable received medical care at the scene for bumps and bruises, sources indicate. 

Currently, no information has been released on the conditions of the three people who were injured. Authorities in Houston continue to investigate the details of the collision.
