Houston, TX (March 1, 2021) – At approximately 3:17 p.m. on March 1, authorities and paramedics in Houston were dispatched to the scene of an auto collision that occurred on West Bellfort Avenue.
The wreck happened in the 2900 block of West Bellfort Avenue near Highway 90 Alternate. At least two vehicles were involved in the collision that ultimately resulted in injuries to those involved.
Emergency medical technicians arrived on the scene shortly after the crash took place. Aid was rendered to injured victims before transporting those in need of further treatment to area hospitals in emergency vehicles.
The roadway remained closed for several hours after the incident took place in order to allow responders to work safely at the scene. An investigation into the details of the collision is currently underway.
