Houston, TX (April 18, 2021) – At approximately 10:00 a.m. on the morning of April 18, a car wreck resulted in injuries on a roadway in Houston. Emergency medical services were immediately dispatched to the scene in order to assist those involved.
The incident was reported to have occurred in the 2700 block of McKinney Street near the intersection of Delano Street for reasons still under investigation by authorities. Two vehicles crashed at the intersection, causing injuries to those involved.
At least one person required hospitalization after the collision took place. Extensively injured patients were transported from the scene via ambulance in order to receive treatment at local medical centers.
Those involved have not been publicly identified at this time. Delays in traffic were observed in the area for several hours after the crash happened.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
