Houston, TX (September 5, 2021) –  A major car accident took place on a roadway in Houston on the afternoon of September 4. At approximately 5:30, authorities along with paramedics and other responders were sent to the scene of the incident in order to help involved parties and investigate.

The wreck happened at the intersection of Pease Street and Howe between an unspecified number of vehicles. One or more people were injured as a result of the crash, though their identities have not been released at this time. 

Various responders were observed at the scene for an extended period of time after the collision took place. Victims were treated on-site and loaded into ambulances for transportation to the hospital as needed. 

At least one person was trapped inside their vehicle due to the impact of the collision. Fire crews worked to free the victim from their car at the scene.
