Houston, TX (July 6, 2021) – Just after 3:00 PM on the afternoon of July 6, a car crash with injuries took place on a roadway in Houston. The incident was reported to officials at approximately 3:22 PM.
According to various sources, the wreck happened in the 2100 block of Loop 494 for a reason still being investigated by police. It is believed that at least two vehicles collided in the area, resulting in injuries for those involved.
Injured parties were treated on-site before being taken to local hospitals for further treatment as needed. The identities of those involved have not been released at this time.
Various responders were observed at the scene for an extended time on the afternoon of July 6, which resulted in extensive traffic delays in the area. Local drivers were forced to find different travel routes while the scene remained active with responders.
