Motor Vehicle Accidents in Texas

Houston, TX - Car Crash Ends in Injuries on East Fwy near Ojos Locos Sports Cantina

Car accidents happen all over the United States. However, Texas continues to be one of the worst states for traffic collisions year after year. The Lonestar State hasn’t seen a day without a car crash since November 7, 2007. Sadly, a large number of these wrecks end in injuries or even death for those involved.

Motor vehicle collisions happen for many different reasons across the state, and Texas law enforcement agencies and law makers are constantly exploring new avenues to help lower the number of wrecks and fatalities on the roads. It is important, however, that the injured victims of these incidents are aware that they’re able to take action to demand the compensation and justice that they deserve.

When a car wreck is caused by the negligence of another person, those who have been hurt by that accident can file a personal injury claim against the responsible party or their insurance company. If you find yourself in a situation of this nature, please contact the experienced Texas car accident attorneys at Williams Hart & Boundas.
