Houston, TX - Car Crash Ends in Injuries on Fannin St near Palm St

Houston, TX (August 20, 2021) – An injury accident happened in Houston on the night of August 20. At around 6:30 p.m., two vehicles were involved in a crash on Bissonnet Street. 

Sources indicate that the incident took place in the 5900 block of Bissonnet Street near Mullins Drive when the two vehicles collided. At least one person sustained injuries in the wreck, though the extent of those injuries has not been reported to the public at this time. 

Paramedics were observed at the scene assisting those involved. One or more victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment as needed. Their names have not been released as police continue to investigate. 

Traffic was backed up in the vicinity of Mullins Drive on Bissonnet Street for an extended period of time on the night of August 20. Crews worked to secure the area while authorities directed traffic away from the scene.
