Houston, TX (November 14, 2021) – A car wreck caused injuries on a roadway in Houston on the evening of November 14. At approximately 6:45 p.m., the incident was reported to authorities in the area who promptly responded to the scene.
According to information from various sources, the accident happened in the 6400 block of North Shepherd Drive near West Parker Road for reasons still under police investigation. At least one person sustained injuries in the collision, sources said.
Paramedics were observed at the scene assisting those involved. One or more people required transportation to area hospitals by ambulance for medical treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been reported at this time.
First responders remained at the site of the collision for several hours after it occurred, causing extensive delays in the area. Traffic was backed up and authorities asked drivers to find alternate routes.
