Houston, TX (July 16, 2021) – According to local officials in Houston, a major vehicle crash happened on Friday, July 16 that required an emergency response. Injuries were confirmed to have resulted from the event, reports indicate. 

At around 4:22 p.m. on the evening of July 16, an auto accident occurred at the junction of Windswept Lane and Buttercup Street. In order to render aid to the injured, emergency personnel was promptly sent to the crash scene. 

Ambulances were observed at the site of the wreck, though it remains unclear how many victims required transportation to area hospitals for treatment. The roadway was closed while responders worked to secure the scene and assist those with injuries.
