Houston, TX (August 22, 2021) – A fatal traffic accident occurred in Houston on the evening of August 22. At around 7:31 p.m., police and paramedics were sent to assist at the scene of the accident. 

Reports indicate that the wreck occurred in the 8500 block of Galveston Road near South Shaver Street. At least one person lost their life in the collision, though no one involved has been currently identified. 

 Numerous responders were seen at the scene including paramedics, police, and fire crews. Authorities worked to determine the cause of the accident while paramedics attempted life-saving efforts. 

Few details are currently available concerning the nature of the incident. Police continue to investigate.
