Houston, TX (January 12, 2022) – One person has lost their life as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the Houston area on Monday evening, January 10. At around 8:20 p.m., the Houston Police Department, firefighters, and emergency medical services responded to the scene of a crash on Bannister Lane.
Reports from authorities show that a major motor vehicle accident occurred in the area of 11698 Bannister Lane during the evening hours.
One person involved in the crash was fatally injured. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
One other victim was trapped in their vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters. The victim was transported to a local hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
