Motorcycle Accidents in Houston

Even the most conscientious motorcyclists are at an increased risk of sustaining severe injuries during an accident as opposed to someone traveling inside of a car or truck. Based on recently gathered information issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, motorcyclists are about five times more likely to suffer critical, debilitating injuries than the occupants of the other vehicle involved in the crash.
Given that there are no protections between the biker’s body, other vehicles, and the asphalt, the injuries they endure are often severe or even fatal. Currently, the three most common forms of driver negligence found to cause traffic accidents in Houston are speeding, intoxication, and distraction.
