Houston, TX (September 20, 2021) – Two people lost their lives in a two-vehicle crash in northwest Houston on the early morning of Sunday, September 19. The wreck was reported at about 2:30 a.m., according to information provided by officials.
Police stated that the collision occurred on Cypress Creek Parkway near Falcon Road when a vehicle was headed west on Cypress Creek. It tried to turn left onto Falcon when it entered the path of an eastbound tow truck, which collided with the vehicle, according to the Harris County Sheriff.
Two females present in the vehicle were pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics. The driver, only identified as a male, was sent to the hospital in serious condition. Police believe that the male driver may have been under the influence at the time of the crash.
The incident remains under local law enforcement investigation at this time. No further information has been reported.
