Houston, TX (September 5, 2021) – An auto accident reported to authorities in Houston resulted in injuries on the afternoon of September 5. The call concerning the incident came in at around 1:30 p.m., according to reports. 

Various responders were sent to assist those at the scene. The wreck happened on Stuebner Airline Road near West Little York Road. Currently, the factors contributing to the cause of the crash have not been reported. 

One or more people sustained injuries in the accident, however, their identities have not been released. Paramedics were observed at the scene assisting those with injuries. Seriously hurt patients were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment as needed. 

The area in which the collision occurred was closed to local traffic while authorities worked to clear the scene. Drivers were asked to use different routes of travel for the time that crews were active at the crash site.

Police in Houston continue their investigations into the details of the incident.
