Houston, TX (August 18, 2021) – A car wreck caused injuries on a roadway in Houston on the evening of August 18. At approximately 5:40 p.m., authorities in the area responded to the scene in order to assist those involved.
According to information from various sources, the accident happened in the 12000 block of the Buffalo Speedway. At least one person sustained injuries in the collision.
Paramedics were observed at the scene assisting those involved. One or more people required transportation from the scene to area hospitals for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been reported at this time.
First responders remained at the site of the collision for several hours after it occurred, causing extensive delays in the area. Traffic was backed up and drivers were forced to find alternate routes.
