Houston, TX (October 11, 2021) – Just before 2:00 p.m. on the afternoon of October 11, an auto accident resulted in injuries and traffic delays on a roadway in Houston. The wreck was reported to local officials who promptly responded to the scene to help injured parties. 

According to reports, at least one person sustained injuries in the collision. Injured patients were loaded into ambulances and transported to area hospitals from the scene as necessary. Currently, no one involved has been identified as authorities in Houston continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash. 

The crash happened on North Gessner Road near the intersection with Republic Business Center Drive. The contributing factors of the incident have not been reported at this time. 

Traffic was backed up in the area for some time while emergency medical services and other local responders worked at the site of the collision. Local drivers were asked to find different travel routes while the scene remained active.
