Houston, TX (June 21, 2021) – At least one person sustained injuries in a car accident that occurred in Houston on the afternoon of June 21. At approximately 4:00 p.m., the incident was reported to local officials who promptly responded to the scene. 

According to reports, the wreck happened on South Post Oak Road near Ingomar Way when an unspecified number of vehicles were involved in a collision. Injured parties were treated on-site before being taken to area hospitals for further care as needed. 

The incident caused traffic delays for some time on the afternoon of June 21 while emergency crews worked to secure the crash site. Drivers in the area were urged to seek alternative travel routes while responders were present. 

Authorities in Houston continue to investigate.
