Houston, TX (September 21, 2021) – A car wreck reported in the Houston area resulted in injuries and traffic delays on the afternoon of September 21. At approximately 4:12 p.m., various responders were dispatched to the scene in order to assist involved parties.
Upon their arrival at the crash site, located in the 6200 block of Westpark Drive near Pavilion Place, paramedics found at least one person suffering from injuries. Seriously injured patients were loaded into ambulances and transported to area hospitals for treatment as necessary.
Currently, no one involved has been publicly identified. Authorities in Houston continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
Delays in traffic were observed in the area for some time while crews worked to clear the scene. Drivers commuting in the vicinity of the crash scene were asked to find alternative travel routes while the site of the wreck was active.
