Houston, TX (October 14, 2021) – Authorities in Houston were called to the scene of an auto accident involving a pedestrian on the evening of October 14. At approximately 7:00 p.m., the incident took place in the 4100 block of Lockwood Drive.
Responders were called to the intersection of Lockwood Drive and Marcus Street to assist at the scene of an injury pedestrian crash. The wreck happened when a man was struck by a white Pontiac Grand Prix.
The circumstances of the incident remain under police investigation at this time. Various responders were observed at the site of the collision for some time on the evening of October 14.
Traffic was delayed in the area while crews worked to secure the scene. Local motorists were urged to use caution in the area or find alternative routes.
