Houston, TX - Man Killed After Being Struck by Cement Mixer on Navigation Blvd N near Wayside Dr

Houston, TX (November 1, 2021) – Thursday morning, October 28, one man lost his life when he was struck by a cement mixer on a roadway in Houston. Reports indicate that the collision occurred at around 9:00 a.m. for reasons still being investigated by police. 

Various responders were sent to assist at the scene including Houston police and paramedics. The man succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the collision despite life-saving efforts made by emergency medical services. 

The concrete mixer driver stayed on-site and cooperated with police, reports read. Currently, no one involved has been identified to the public. 

Authorities in Houston continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash. Traffic was backed up in the area while crews worked to secure the site of the collision.
