An insurance adjuster will usually contact injured victims after a crash inquiring about the accident and the injuries that followed, and whether they would feel comfortable making a statement concerning the issue. Speaking to a skilled attorney first before speaking to anyone else about your accident is always in your best interest. This is especially true if there were injuries involved.
