Houston, TX (August 2, 2021) – Two people lost their lives in an accident in Houston on Sunday, August 1. The wreck was reported at around 1:45 a.m., according to reports. 

Sources indicate that the wrong-way collision occurred on the North Freeway near Rayford for reasons still being investigated by police. Five people were trapped inside a vehicle after the incident, and two people were killed. 

The particular stretch of Interstate 45 (North Freeway) where the crash happened is considered the deadliest roadway in the United States. Authorities continue to investigate the details of the collision.
