Ben Bireley ATTORNEY

Ben Bireley is an attorney at Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP. He brings with him an impressive history of results and over a decade of legal experience. He primarily focuses on cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, workplace accidents, products liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. With an impressive skillset that encompasses both personal injury and commercial litigation, he is a valuable member of the Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP team.

Ben frequently handles cases involving victims of permanently disabling events or the loss of a loved one. Ben understands that while we cannot undo the events of the past, he is committed to bringing justice to those harmed by negligence. Over the years, he has secured many multi-million-dollar results for his clients. His extensive background in high-stakes cases has left him especially equipped to fight for clients who have been seriously wronged. Many of Ben’s clients have been told that their case is impossible or that they do not stand a chance going up against powerful defendants, but Ben is embolden to fight even harder to ensure his clients get what they are owed.

He is licensed to practice in the state of Texas and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government in 2005 from Boston College, where he was awarded the Gavelli Presidential Scholarship. He then attained his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010.

Ben was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Texas Rising Stars list by Thomson Reuters in both 2018 and 2019 as well as in Texas Super Lawyers in 2023. In addition, the National Association of Distinguished Counsel named him among their Top One Percent in 2023, and the National Trial Lawyers listed him in their Top 40 Under 40 list from 2018 to 2022.
