I will forever be grateful that I chose the right firm for my Roundup case. From the first phone call until the verdict, I have always felt so comfortable and respected by everyone I worked with from the firm. I was represented by people who truly care about their clients and their needs and feelings. I wish there was an option to give them 1000 stars on here! They are now much more than my attorneys... I am blessed to call them my friends!

Williams Hart and Boundas Law Firm is deeply committed to the well being of their clients . The Law Firm has been supporting the Ethiopian community financially and probono legal work for the community.

Myles Shaw is a third-generation Texas lawyer and is part of the firm’s mass tort team. He works on the Roundup and Uber/Lyft rideshare assault litigation. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and South Texas College of Law. Myles graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law. He was a member of the school’s highly ranked advocacy program where he competed in mock trial competitions nationwide and received several awards from the school for his mastery of the Federal Rules of Evidence.

While in his third year of law school, Myles helped represent financial advisors that were departing their brokerage firms to join new ones and were accused of violating non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. Using his supervised practice card, Myles secured favorable arbitration awards for his clients. In his last semester of law school, Myles took a breach of contract case from the very beginning stages of litigation all the way through mediation, securing a $225,000 settlement for his client.

Prior to joining Williams, Hart & Boundas, Myles was an attorney at Pulaski Kherkher, PLLC—a nationally recognized mass torts firm. He worked on the largest mass tort in the history of the United States—the 3M earplug litigation. Myles represented over 10,000 military veterans who sustained hearing injuries from defective earplugs manufactured by 3M. This is the type of work that inspired Myles to represent clients who have been injured due to the negligence of major corporations.

You can usually catch Myles watching Astros, Texans or Rockets games when he is not at work.
