Matt Hudson ATTORNEY
Matt Hudson is an attorney at Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP, where he represents individuals in personal injury cases with a focus on complex, high-impact litigation. His background includes extensive experience handling matters involving catastrophic personal injury, products liability, business torts, trade secrets, and contract disputes, allowing him to bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to every case he handles.
Matt’s legal training includes valuable judicial and public-interest experience. He served as a Legal Intern to the Honorable Gray Miller in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, where he gained crucial insight into federal practice, motion briefing, and courtroom procedure. He also worked as a Public Interest Fellow with the Texas Innocence Network, assisting in death-penalty habeas corpus and civil rights claims on behalf of incarcerated individuals, an experience that strengthened his commitment to justice, fairness, and client advocacy.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Matt earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude and received the distinguished Yale Rosenberg Memorial Prize for his scholarly work examining the role of scientific evidence in Texas post-conviction proceedings. During law school, he served on the Houston Law Review as an Articles Editor, further developing his research and writing expertise. Matt completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with Special Departmental Honors in History and receiving the John Fergusson–Claudio Segre Prize for Best Thesis.
Matt is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and admitted to all four federal district courts in Texas. He is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and remains actively engaged in the legal community.
